Who.
ON2DVD is privately operated by the author of this document, Mark Shueard. I run my business under the values, principles and systems that I believe in and do not pretend to be anything that I am not. From here on in I will just refer to us as ON2DVD as that is the registered trading name.
ON2DVD started in 2001 from a love affair with video disc authoring (DVD). What began as a service only business grew into a multi faceted sales and service type offering. Over the years ON2DVD made new relationships with quality vendors and suppliers in our focused market of interest.
Focusing on
The focus of ON2DVD today is to provide compelling solutions in these core competencies with first class pre and after sales service.

• Windows PC turn-key systems integration for desktop video and post production professionals, individuals and education.
• Sales of components & software that might be used for that same purpose.
• Integration & solutions with playback devices including Windows Media Center.
• Sales of optical media hardware duplication, printing and delivery products.
• Services including optical media duplication & printing to those that choose not to make the financial investment in said professional products.

Main goals

• To remain financially viable in a tough market.
• To provide a “value add” wherever possible that differentiates ON2DVD from merchants that appreciate volume over service.
• To know as much about the products that we sell as is reasonably possible.
• To help end users find the answers that we may not be able to provide first hand.
• To provide a service unmatched in the market we focus on.
• To regenerate our customer base into long lasting valued relationships.

Philosophy

• Never devalue a vendor’s name or your own service by undercutting everybody else on price.
• Special prices may be marked from time to time on our website. It means it’s limited. It does not mean we always sell at that price. We do not discount every single product on site and show you how much you save. If the best price in Australia is what you are after, I’m sorry we are a “VAR (value added reseller)” not a “low cost, hide behind the website sell everything we can get reseller”
• You wish to (actually) talk. Please do, we provide a national Free-call number 1800 ON2DVD.
• We don’t believe that you should be charged extra for using your credit card. We absorb the merchant fees.
• We only use well respected freight movers for your valuable goods like Australian Air Express or Toll. All movement of your purchases should be traceable.
• We believe that our website should be safe for you to visit and provide a secure connection while protecting the integrity of your information and your financials. We do not store credit card numbers, we use a PCI compliant Tier 1 payment gateway and our site is scanned daily for malware.
